Offset Printing
Our high speed sheetfed presses can achieve the accuracy and consistency that your job demands. Available inline UV coating both enhances and protects the printed surface. Our newest offset press is the KBA Rapida 106—renowned for many industry-leading technologies for finishing, quality assurance and speed, and is able to handle paper, plastic film substrates and board up to 40 point. The Rapida has 35 ink keys that support a variety of inks—including conventional, LED and UV inks, and includes inline gloss, matte, spot varnish and UV varnish finishing options.

Large Format Digital Printing
Our production line-up continues to grow for large format digital printing. To best suit the needs of our customers, we have built this department with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. This includes our newest additions: the Texas LT/X2 and Texas LT/X3 6-color flatbed presses. These presses offer edge-to-edge printing on flexible sheeted substrates up to 120" x 60", making them ideal for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications such as POP displays, backlit signage, and tradeshow graphics.
Our digital print shop is equipped with three Canon Colorado printers and two state-of-the-art ZUND digital cutters — the G3 L-3200 and the G3 3XL-3200. The ZUND Digital Cutters provide high quality, efficient finishing without the need for dies. They work on any rigid substrate and in addition to cutting, they will route, crease, score or kiss-cut.
Our digital capabilities are suited for all levels of projects from short-runs to higher quantities, and we are one of few print vendors who can do large format digital lenticular signs.
